Rise Again Community Services is a purpose-driven organization committed to empowering individuals and families to rebuild their lives and thrive. We offer compassionate, community-based support services that address critical needs such as housing assistance, mental health support, job readiness training, addiction recovery resources, and reentry services for formerly incarcerated individuals.

Our mission is to create a safe, supportive environment where people facing hardship can access the tools, guidance, and opportunities they need to rise again—stronger, healthier, and more self-sufficient. Through partnerships with local agencies, faith-based organizations, and service providers, Rise Again Community Services fosters holistic, long-term solutions that break cycles of poverty, trauma, and social exclusion.
